I was feeling artsy with today’s photo. I look at this shot and I think about how small we are, when we are compared with the rest of the universe. In the grand scheme of things, we are much smaller than the plastic men on my foosball table. Sit and contemplate that for a minute. We are so small that we may as well not even exist. If we take a step back, however, we have discovered particles so small we cannot even see them with huge microscopes. Realistically, we should never have been able to do that, but we have. How awesome.
Finals are working their way into my life. My first one is tomorrow afternoon, and I only need a 40 on it to make an A in the course. I should have As and Bs for the quarter, which I think is pretty good. I spent a week or so about half way through sick with what was probably the flu. Next quarter I will do better about going to classes, and I will get my GPA up a little higher. I am taking three Nutrition and Dietetics Courses, either Statistics or Medical Terminology, and a PhysEd of some kind.
Tomorrow is Friday, and I can’t explain to you how happy I am about reaching the end of the week. Sadly, the weekend will be full of studying. Until tomorrow.
